 We serve all age groups over age 2 years We provide Psychiatric Evaluation, Medication Management and some Psychotherapy services primarily at our East State Blvd. office. Dr. Rustagi is also actively affiliated with Parkview Behavioral health, Parkview hospital, St. Ann Home and Crossroad Children’s Shelter and provides onsite services on request at these locations. We are happy to help our patients as a part of a multi-disciplinary referral based team including Family Doctors, Specialist Doctors, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Education specialists, Dieticians and Clergy. Per our Privacy Practices Policy and per your permission we can collaborate/ communicate with these professionals in your best interest. We have close working relationships with several Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Counselors. After initial Psychiatric Evaluation we may refer you to a suitable Psychotherapist, Psychologist or Counselor for the psychotherapy and counseling part of your treatment. It is frequently possible for us to match your needs with suitable community professionals and resources because we collaborate with a large number of mental heath professionals. In case of minors we appreciate getting detailed information from the child’s school about his/her academic, behavioral and relationship functioning. In case of a minor whose parents do not live together, we strongly encourage communication, cooperation and collaboration between parents in the child’s best interest.
